The Loveladies Harbor Organization (LHO) cherishes your commitment to our shared community. Whether you use the beach access and playground or not, our property values all benefit from them being a part of living in Loveladies Harbor.
All 400 residences own a share of each LHO property. In fairness, it is the owners responsibility to also share in the costs (taxes, maintenance etc.) The only people carrying these costs are the members.Everything we do is managed by volunteers so there are no administrative charges in maintaining and operating these amenities.Your membership and additional donations are vital in maintaining these spaces that make Loveladies Harbor a truly special place to live.
