The Loveladies Harbor Organization (LHO) cherishes your commitment to our shared community. By renewing your membership or joining us anew, you play a pivotal role in preserving the unique benefits and enhancing the beauty of our neighborhoods. Your contributions have already brought to life beloved projects like the new playground and benches at Mathews Point in 2023. As we look to the future, your continued support promises even more opportunities for community building and diverse events catering to our members' varied interests.
Cost of membership has not been raised in years, while at the same time the expenses to maintain our three properties have risen. We do not want to be in a position where we have to sell any of the properties which hold our beach parking lots or Mathews Point in the future. Whether you use the beach access and playground or not, our property values all benefit from them being a part of living in Loveladies Harbor.
All 400 residences own a share of each LHO property. In fairness, it is the owners responsibility to also share in the costs ( taxes, maintenance etc.) The only people carrying these costs are the members.Everything we do is managed by volunteers so there are no administrative charges in maintaining and operating these amenities.Your membership and additional donations are vital in maintaining these spaces that make Loveladies Harbor a truly special place to live.

As pillars of the Loveladies Harbor Organization, your membership fees and generous donations are the lifeblood that sustains our community's vibrancy and resilience. We hope you will choose to contribute to the Matthews Point Fund or the Harbor Reserve Fund, each donation plays a crucial role in preserving the unique charm and natural beauty of Loveladies Harbor. As costs rise, your support becomes ever more essential. Over the past several years, since hurricane Sandy, the response of our membership to our request for funds to build up our reserves has been gratifying and significant. We are continuing to solicit funds to build up our reserves to ensure that we can respond quickly to any future storm or disaster as well as to continue to maintain our properties.
