The Loveladies Harbor Organization (LHO) which is nearly 300 members strong, works for all residents of the Harbor all year long. The Organization:

* provides beach parking (the only organization with parking for its membership)

* created the bay lot, Mathews Point on Panorama Drive, which offers a great bay view, playground & park, sunset views, crabbing, horseshoes, and shade trees.

* maintains beach benches, parking lots, fences, etc.

* dispenses important data on water purity, water safety programs, township plans, etc.

* hosts social events

* hosts annual meeting and cocktail party in July or August

* ensures group clout in dealings with township officials, coastal and environmental commissions, Coast Guard, Marine Police, etc.

* interfaces with public officials to exert influence on taxes, road maintenance, garbage disposal, trash pickup, beach cleaning, lifeguard proficiency, police protection, water maintenance and marking, zoning laws.

* gives all these and many more considerations affecting property value and enjoyment!
